Start With The Problem
Not every problem needs a new system.
Before we talk about what to build, we want to understand what's actually happening: where time is being lost, what people are doing by hand, which systems are already involved, what information needs to move between them, and what the people using this every day actually need.
Sometimes that points to a better workflow. Sometimes it's an integration between two systems that don't talk to each other, some automation, a small internal tool, a larger application, an AI-assisted workflow, or, less often than you'd think, an entirely new platform. The point is to solve the actual problem, not to sell software.

Most of this work comes down to custom frontend and backend development, APIs, and integrations between systems that don't otherwise talk to each other. Where it's useful, we add automation and AI, and where a project calls for it, that can include a database of its own or a WordPress-based front end.
